1- How long does it take for my product to arrive?

A: The deadline is 15 to 40 days after posting of product. We allow for possible delays caused , in most cases, by by mail.

2- Where does the product come from?

A.: We represent manufacturers from Europe, Asia and the United States of America, depending only on the product chosen.

3- Can I pay in installments by bank slip?

A: Installments are only accepted by Credit Card. Bank slip only in cash.

Attention : Payment of TICKET It can be done at any bank or lottery branch.

4- Can I collect it in person?

A: No, all shipments are made by post.

5- Are the products original?

A: Yes, we only work with original products from various factories around the world.

6- I bought more than one product in the same order but I only received part of them. This is normal? Will other products be delivered?

A: It can happen, but don't worry. This type of situation occurs in the case of different suppliers for the chosen products. If this happens, two different tracking codes will be sent so you can track your orders. As there are two different packages, two different checks will be carried out at the IRS, which will possibly result in different delivery times.

7- What if my delivery is late? 

A.: Your shipment is monitored daily and if the product does not arrive for any unexpected reason or is delayed for too long, within 60 calendar days after shipment, in accordance with the shipping and delivery terms, payment will be returned 100%.
