Delivery time: 2 to 5 weeks . Please note that this deadline may vary depending on the postal services in your city. This deadline is due to the fact that our suppliers are all from Europe, North America and Asia, where we are able to negotiate products directly from manufacturers at reduced prices for the Brazilian market!

SHIPPING TERMS

1. International Shipping Products

1.1. Purchasing policy

All products available at clubdapescaonline.com are sent directly from our suppliers abroad ( Europe, North America and Asia ) to the address provided at the time of purchase. Delivery takes 15 to 40 days on average after the product is posted, depending on the location and the item being shipped. The product is processed and shipped within 5 business days after payment is confirmed in our systems.

Orders placed and paid via bank slip take 1 to 3 business days to confirm payment in our systems.

We guarantee a tracking code so that the customer can track their order. This tracking code may take up to 10 working days to raise awareness in the Correios system, since the product will only be tracked in the national territory when it enters Brazilian customs.

In some cases, these aforementioned deadlines may extend for more days due to various reasons, such as strikes, recesses, holidays, periods of overload at the Post Office and other reasons beyond our control.

The Fishing Club guarantees delivery of the order and, in case of loss, we are responsible for refunding the customer the full amount paid for the product. All products are posted with a tracking code and insurance that guarantee delivery of your order or 100% payment refund.

1.2 Insured Shipping

If the product is not delivered within 90 days of shipment, the full amount will be refunded to the customer. Please note that we work with deadlines set by the Correios insurance company and the same period of 90 days can be changed at any time.

You may receive more than one package if you purchase 2 or more products in our store: our suppliers are different and it may be that one product arrives before the other, something completely normal in this modality.

1.3. Order Tracking

The products will be sent by the Post Office or another carrier, there will always be a Tracking Code that will allow the customer to monitor the delivery progress. We are committed to instructing the customer on how to track products. The tracking access code will be sent to your email as soon as it is available.

The order tracking code will be provided within 5 working days after payment confirmed.

The tracking code may take up to 10 business days to start showing shipping information on the Correios website.

2. General Conditions (Attention)

2.1. Care with Addressing Orders

We at Clube da Pesca will arrange for the products to be shipped to the address requested by the customer. Therefore, so that there are no obstacles to the delivery of your order, we ask that you be careful when filling in the address at which you wish to receive your order.

2.2. Absent Recipient

Please make sure there will be someone at the address to receive your products. The Post Office makes three attempts to deliver the products and if there is no one at the address to receive the order in any of the attempts, the package will be taken to the Post Office closest to the address and, in this case, the customer will need to collect it. of the same at the Post Office within 7 calendar days . If the customer does not collect it, as per the Post Office standard, the package will be returned to the sender, requiring payment of a new shipping fee to resend the product.

All details related to delivery attempts, as well as the address of the Post Office where the customer should pick up their package in case of absence at the address, are recorded in the order tracking, which can be tracked on the Post Office website using the tracking code provided by the store.

2.3. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

We are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete filling of the destination address for orders placed in the store. If incorrect or incomplete addressing occurs, as per Correios regulations, the package will be returned to the sender and no further delivery attempts will be made to that address.

If delivery is not carried out due to a discrepancy in the address provided by the customer, the customer is not entitled to a refund, it will be necessary to pay a new shipping fee, in the amount of R$25.00 (shipping value + postal fee), to return the product.

2.4. Taxed and Taxed Products

If any shipping fees or taxes are charged, it will be the responsibility of the Fishing Club. Rest assured, you only pay the amount described on the product page on our website.
